This place is straight trash and so is the owner. Booked the hot tub room, it didn't work. Took 5 hours to fill up and then drained the second we had it filled. Complained to booking.com and the guy shows up at my door knocking the very next morning, when we were staying an extra night. Told me I could check out if I didn't like it, then told me he would compensate me 100 dollars back for the inconvenience. Me being nice said ok, I'll still leave a good review when you give me that 100 back, guess what? Never got it.

The room was absolutely wonderful big beautiful hot tub nice comfortable beds and very very clean need a few more towels because the floor gets wet when you get out of the hot tub and is very slippery

The room was perfect new and clean the people are so nice and welcoming. We were able to check in a little early. I was so happy with our room. The only thing that was a tiny bit of irritation was the spa tub took an 1 1/2hr to fill and that was only above the jet holes. So if you want a bath start filling up as soon as you check in. But besides a long time to fill up . It was perfect for our 30 th anniversary. Very quiet clean people were awesome

OMG, the room was SO MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED! It was every bit as nice as my timeshare in Vegas! I was thrilled to find it had a kitchen in our room, ecstatic, really. I traveled with my adult children for my Birthday, and because of the kitchen, we were privileged to spend so much time together. Best Birthday Ever!!!

As always it is in a great location with easy access to Carmel, pacific grove, downtown Monterey etc. The property is clean and the rooms are very clean. It seems they have upgraded their rooms and they feel very modern now. Parking is extremely easy as well.

EV and pet friendly. Had to pay to charge Tesla with Blink that was a bit tedious to connect. Very clean and comfortable Great to see, they have a huge amount of solar on roof, about 80 Kw. Area was safe. Not close to beach.

Although the building’s gotta be some 60 yrs old, it’s obvious a fairly major renovation was completed within the past few years. New flooring, furniture, TV, the works. Everything is super clean. Location is a quick 10 minute bike ride via the nearby bike path to downtown Monterey. This area can be pricey so the value provided here was appreciated.
